Commitment and Results

​

While Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can achieve significant results, there is of course no guarantee. To work towards the best results for yourself, you will need to be fully committed to your therapy process and attend regular sessions.

Appointments and Cancellations

​

Please call me or send me a message on 07921309157 if you would like to reschedule or cancel your session. Missed appointments or sessions that are rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are chargeable at the full fee or deducted from your block booking package. Block booking packages are non-refundable.

Payments

​

Payments can be made in advance or at the end of each session with cash or by card. An online payment invoice can be sent via Monzo on request.

Initial consultation - £40

Individual sessions - £70

Package of six sessions - £350 (6th session free)

15% discount available for: Emergency Services, NHS, Senior Citizens, Students and Teachers, as well as referrals from BEAT, the Charlie Waller Trust and other charities supporting people with eating disorders or their carers and loved ones.

Please note that if sessions are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged.

We work quickly with Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, although the number of sessions needed will vary from person to person. We will discuss this further during your initial consultation and clients tend to see significant improvements after 8 to 12 sessions.

​

During your initial consultation, we look together at how your mind works and why you might be feeling the way you do. We also explain the therapy process, including the science behind it. By the end of your initial consultation, you will have a clear understanding of what our time together will be like, as well as insights into why you may be feeling the way you do and what we can do to help. There is no obligation to attend more sessions after your initial consultation, but the majority of clients decide to go ahead.

I am a fully insured member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

​

DBS Certificate

​

I have an enhanced DBS certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service, which is updated each year.

Confidentiality

​

I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of anyone who contacts me. All information, whether verbal or written in notes, is treated as strictly private and confidential.

​

Some moral and legal limitations to confidentiality apply concerning the risk of serious self-harm or harm to others, or because of a court order or legal requirement. These requirements are in accordance with the National Council for Hypnotherapy Professional Code of Ethics.
